FAQs & Policy
When will I receive my order?
Each piece from one of the classic Vannucci collections is made specifically for your order. We will craft and ship your jewelry no later than 5-7 business days after purchase, and often earlier. One of a Kind pieces usually ship in 3 business days, as they have already been crafted. I’d you combine them with a made to order piece, however, expect the 5-7 day timeline.
Business days are Monday - Friday. This excludes major bank holidays. When shipping close to a holiday, we will have a notification on the front page of the last day we must receive the order to ship in time to receive by the date of the holiday.
How do you ship?
We use USPS priority mail for our free shipping option. The USPS website quotes that shipping time is 1-3 days. I'm going to say expect more along the lines of 1-5 days. We also offer two upgrades which give you faster options!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of the jewelry, and the fact that each piece is made for your order, we only accept returns from the Classic Collections that have been damaged in shipping or have a defect that is the fault of Vannucci. Returns must be made within (7) days.
One of kind/ready to ship pieces can be returned for a full refund within (7) days.
If you just aren't happy with your purchase, we do offer exchanges for Vannucci credit on all product for the first (21) days. These pieces must be received back at the studio before the new product is shipped.
If you made your purchase at an in-person show or you had custom work done, these items are non-returnable. I still encourage you to contact us if you are unhappy, and we can see if there are any options we may be able to offer at that time!
What is KLARNA?
In Vannucci's continued effort make our jewelry as accessible as possible, we are now offering customers a "digital layaway" option. Klarna lets you pay for your purchase over time - specifically four payments every two weeks! No need to sign up for some sort of account. Look for the Klarna option at checkout.

Will the copper jewelry turn my skin green?
Copper can react with oxygen in the air and your sweat/skin oils creating a green layer of copper carbonate on the skin. If you're finding that it's happening very fast, try some clear nail polish on the part of the jewelry that touches your skin, and do your best to keep it dry. Since it has to do with your body's chemistry, you might notice that there are days when it happens and days when it doesn't!
How do you package your jewelry?
Each piece is lovingly packaged with our current favorite packaging style. Sometimes we have hand stamped bags with custom stickers, other times colorful boxes with little logo signs. We strive to find manufacturers that use recycled materials in their products, and offset their footprint in some significant way.
Where is the jewelry made? By whom?
All jewelry is handcrafted in our Las Vegas, NV studio all the way down to the clasps and ear wires. It is made by me, Justine, or a talented member of our team. We produce each piece of jewelry fully in the studio, starting with just the raw materials of wire and chain.
