I chose a peridot gemstone to continue my celestial theme because peridot is the only gemstone to ever be found in outer space!  It's gorgeous, vibrant green color cannot be confused with any other gemstone.  I also added a little faceted tanzanite detail.  SIZE 6.25

PERIDOT, the August birthstone, is born of fire – just like diamonds, they are formed not in the Earth’s crust, but in molten rock of the upper mantle and brought to the surface by the tremendous forces of earthquakes and volcanoes.  It has been found in meteors and within space dust.  It is one of the only gemstones that forms in a single colorway – all shades of olive green.   It is particularly beneficial for overcoming fear, depression and other psychological disturbances, as well as releasing jealousies, resentment and spite in order to move forward.
